The three communities recognized with these awards are Park Summit in
Coral Springs, Florida; The Forum at Deer Creek in Deerfield Beach,
Florida; and Leisure Park in Lakewood, New Jersey. With the addition of
these three winners, Five Star now operates 10 communities across the
country honored with the AHCA Silver Award.
